The stack of pails on the pallet is manually fed into the lift, which raises the stack to the required height. The automatic pail stack infeed automatically pulls the stack into the separator magazine. The pails are separated and placed downwards on a conveyor, from which they are discharged onto a discharge conveyor provided on site. After the magazine has been emptied, the next stack of pails to be processed can be automatically fed into the magazine. The direction of travel of the pails at the discharge is offset by 90° to the pail stack, optionally to the right or left.
